C-open-hagen a hip city ▲

Chilling out for 3 days in Copenhagen with a couple of good friends, I have to say about this city that it is so artistic and so stylish, each coffee shop, restaurant and store etc... all very well decorated and paying attention to every single detail. Something that interested me was the multi-use of space, for instance a cemetery can be used as a park as well.. you have a palace… in the front ‘’yard’’ you can find a football field (clever!!!)

It’s really worth it to take the touristic canal-boats to do the tour especially when you don’t have much time to explore and you want to see a nice mix of features. There is a tour guide to explain what you see and it’s not expensive which is miraculous in Copenhagen!

Something remarkable of this city is the freetown Christiania an alternative, autonomous neighborhood established in 1971 by a group of hippies who developed their own set of societal rules, completely independent of the Danish government. Talking with locals- now the situation is not as it was considering that the drug dealers control the community, but it is a cool and pretty safe place to visit and to live especially in some of the houses next to the lake ...amazing!!!
